As strategic advisors, we build trust, drive solutions with tenacity, deliver results fast, and work cross-functionally to make adoption seamless for customers.

• Support customers in understanding their business needs and configuring Brex to address them, translating basic requirements into product configurations with guidance.
• Manage straightforward stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption during deployment, helping customers feel confident and prepared for go-live.

• Strong communication skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders.
